What happens if I am late on payment?
InteliSourceIT.com will give 3 e-mail notices to make
you aware that your account is overdue. At anytime after the third notice,
your hosting and/or domain will be frozen untill payment is caught up.
A Re-Start Fee of $25 will be charged.

Are there any hidden fees?
Any additional fees for services such as script setup, website
customization or extensive support must be approved by you before they are
engaged.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my account ?
Yes, If you wish to downgrade there is a $25 administrative
charge and you will be refunded on the difference between the original hosting
package and your new one. You can upgrade without an admin charge and just
pay the difference between your original hosting package and your new package.

What billing methods do you accept?
We Accept all MAJOR Credit Cards that paypal accepts. PayPal will accpet e-Checks but this may cause delays due to longer processing times.
